Job summary

Comfort Inn is seeking a friendly front desk associate to connect with guests and ensure a memorable stay. You will handle check-ins, answer inquiries, and promote hotel services with a professional, service-oriented attitude.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while upholding the property's standards and policies. Experience preferred, wage commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintains a positive, professional service attitude and communicates it to staff, guests and management.
• Strong problem resolution skills; calm handling of dissatisfied guests with beneficial solutions.
• Excellent discretionary judgment to evaluate guest problems and determine solutions.
• Ability to gather information from multiple systems to review and resolve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Upholds Choice values and performance principles (communication, collaboration, integrity, customer focus, respect).

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service by connecting to guests to make a better experience for each and every person who stays at our hotel.
• Participates in regular staff meetings and/or recurrent training.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of reservation policies, promotions.
