Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Attendant to be the welcoming face of the property and the first contact for guests.

You will handle front office tasks, assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs with professional courtesy. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be proactive problem-solvers, and comfortable using computer systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organization.
• Proactive in solving problems and able to adapt to a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins; review front office paperwork.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Manage laundry tasks and maintain clean linens and towels.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, and stock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives.
