Job summary

Motel 6 | Kearney is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for guests. You will deliver warm service, manage check-ins/outs, and help guests with questions about the local area.

Responsibilities include handling reservations via phone, email, and online channels, resolving guest concerns with empathy, maintaining accurate records in the property management system, and coordinating with housekeeping to keep the front desk organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with hotel PMS and related software.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
