Drop Zone in Kearney, NE is hiring a part-time Guest Service Associate to create a fun, smooth, and welcoming experience for every guest. You will assist with check-in, reservations, and provide basic game guidance, helping guests understand how to play and enjoy their visit.

This in-person role requires good customer service and communication, basic computer skills for reservations, and a focus on safety, organization, and guest satisfaction. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and general venue questions while creating a positive first impression.
• Provide basic game demonstrations and help guests understand how to play to ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience.
• Assist guests with golf bags, clubs, and equipment to help them get started safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe playing environment across all gameplay zones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including guest service areas, bays, pickleball courts, and the putting course.
• Promote and sell retail items when applicable, respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
