Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests, such as bookings and restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and payments, issuing keys.
• Answer phone calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings.
• Address guest complaints with professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
