Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with departments, handle payments and keys, and help set up events while maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant bookings.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes, payments, and issuing keys.
• Answer phone calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
