Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will address inquiries, provide information on services and local attractions, and collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates are legally eligible to work in the United States, fluent in English, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests with a warm, professional manner.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries, providing information on services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Contribute to a welcoming guest experience and support career growth within the hotel operations.
