HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Missouri is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations. You will provide friendly, professional service to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, coordinating with the Front Office team, and contributing to a welcoming guest experience. This role offers growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and attentive face of the hotel throughout the guest stay.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and share information on services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor as needed.
• Support growth into other front office roles within the hospitality industry.
