Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno NW is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. You are the face of the hotel, handling check-ins/outs, front desk operations, and guest interactions with warmth and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is a team player who speaks English, with the ability to build rapport, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Be a Team Player and be dependable.
