Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Drive shuttle buses around town and to the airport.
• Respond to guest issues with a warm and courteous attitude and timely follow-up.
• Maintain professional tone and clear speaking voice and handle issues or complaints.
• Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately according to procedures.
• Communicate outstanding guest requests or issues to management for monitoring or follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Provide guests with tourist information, directions and local dining choices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
