Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno NW is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead a team of Front Desk Associates and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train new staff, schedule shifts, and handle basic disciplinary actions with a constructive approach.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, leadership, and communication, with attention to detail and a positive, guest-focused attitude. This is a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement both short and long-term goals for the company and the front desk staff

• Manage training of new and existing staff members to ensure everyone understands the expectations set forth for them
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide the highest level of customer service
• Coordinate with staff and the community to create partnerships and host events
