SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fresno is seeking a hands-on Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest experience from arrival to departure and coach the Front Desk team to consistently deliver on brand standards.

The role combines guest interaction, team leadership, and Front Desk/Night Auditor duties as needed, with responsibilities for scheduling, training, revenue awareness, and issue resolution to ensure exceptional stays.

Qualificações

• Previous hotel experience is required.
• Experience with Hilton, Marriott, and/or Hyatt property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and other cloud-based operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office equipment.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize competing needs and perform effectively under pressure.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work with limited supervision and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Own the guest experience and coach the Front Desk team to meet service scores and loyalty goals.
• Supervise Front Desk and Night Auditor duties while maintaining brand standards and safety.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling; manage labor costs.
• Coach the team on selling techniques, promotions, and yield management procedures.
• Complete reports, deposits, travel agent research, and inventory tasks.
• Protect confidential information and follow hotel policies.
