Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent - Front Desk Associate in Flagstaff, AZ. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, process reservations, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage of $18.40. Must be able to stand for extended periods and pass background checks; training provided to ensure smooth operations and guest

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs accurately.
Answer calls, process reservations and payments, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate records and uphold safety procedures while delivering memorable guest experiences.
