Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs and reservations
• Respond to inquiries and assist with guest needs
• Maintain professional and cheerful demeanor at all times
• Process billing and payment for guests and groups
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
• Attend meetings as required
