Job summary

Raines Co. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding guest service, handle inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, and ensure a welcoming experience.

You'll communicate effectively, solve problems, and multitask across front desk tasks, housekeeping coordination, and breakfast prep while maintaining brand standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude to support guests and fellow departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to guests by assisting with inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and satisfaction.
• Responds to guest requests, resolves concerns, and ensures a welcoming experience.
• Handles phone calls and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to service guests efficiently.
• Assists with breakfast preparation and maintains common areas as needed.
• Manages billing instructions and processes payments for guests.
