Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Check-in and check-out guests and handle reservations.
• Sell rooms and manage guest inquiries and billing with accuracy.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information.
• Ensure front desk log is updated and reports are accurate.
• Assist in high-volume periods and attend required meetings.
