Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with a focus on courtesy and efficiency. You will respond to inquiries, upsell rooms, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic computer skills are required, with a minimum high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-facing roles preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft 365).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Upsell room nights to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain professional demeanor and resolve guest concerns promptly.
