Job summary

Homewood/Tru by Hilton Denver Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet guests, check-in and register arrivals, post charges, and handle check-out with efficiency while maintaining brand standards.

You will collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, manage payments accurately, and uphold security and privacy during all transactions. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience preferred; training may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Register (check-in) guests following standards and secure payment methods.
• Post transactions to guest and master accounts; review balances.
• Reconcile discrepancies between PMS, housekeeping reports, and registration cards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate guest services with other departments and external vendors.
• Process reservations and cancellations promptly; assist with extensions and late check-outs.
• Assist with upsell opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
