Job summary

Residence Inn Denver Airport/Convention Center in Denver, CO is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, guest requests, reservations, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role requires flexible scheduling including AM, PM and Overnight shifts, plus weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be flexible and available to work AM, PM, and Overnight shifts.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Answer incoming calls and provide hotel information
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and help resolve issues
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow hotel and Marriott standards and procedures
• Complete other front desk duties as assigned
