Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• TIPS, or similar approved, alcohol server training certification (as required).
• Previous hotel Front Desk experience preferred; however, ability gained through 2+ years related employment (customer service) or on-the-job training may substitute for actual Front Desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warm hospitality.
• Register (Check-in) guests efficiently following Baywood & Brand standards and secure payment.
• Post transactions to guest and master accounts.
• Review guest balances to ensure payment is secured.
• Coordinate the delivery of guest services by other hotel departments.
• Handle check-out procedures accurately and assist guests on departure.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through upsell opportunities.
• Maintain logs and communication sources for smooth operations.
