Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software (Microsoft Office; reservation systems).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in/check-out including payments and issuing keys.
• Answer calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings.
• Address guest complaints professionally.
• Perform light cleaning and restock supplies.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
