Avid by IHG Denver Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. You will manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with guest needs during their stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Formación

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software (Microsoft Office; reservation systems).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in/check-out including payments and issuing keys.
• Answer calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings.
• Address guest complaints professionally.
• Perform light cleaning and restock supplies.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
