Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and manage payments using the PMS system. You will assist guests with reservations, respond to requests, and help maintain high satisfaction scores at the front desk in a dynamic hotel environment.

The role supports a busy front office, with duties including transaction processing, safety compliance, and occasional assistance in the breakfast area during peak times. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training is required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Register and assign guests to rooms and manage payments.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance accounts and conduct basic audits.
