Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register them, and manage payments and reservations with the hotel PMS system. You will strive to enhance guest satisfaction and balance daily front desk tasks with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and familiarity with PMS software. Roles include full-time shifts and opportunities for professional growth within HHM Hotels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs immediately.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Establish payment methods and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes.
• Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and audits.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores across the department.
