Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a courteous Guest Service Agent to greet guests, register them, and service requests in alignment with hotel standards. You will handle reservations, payments, and communications, while maintaining high guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Responsibilities include balancing accounts, assisting in peak periods, and supporting breakfast service as needed. Previous customer service experience and PMS knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
