Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the computer system; verify room rates and details.
• Process payments, balance house accounts, and handle vouchers and cash.
• Answer phones and relay messages; assist guests with inquiries and local information.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and adhere to safety and security procedures.
