Concord Hospitality in Dayton, OH seeks a courteous Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding guest service, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist guests with requests.

You will balance payments, answer calls, direct guests to the right departments, and maintain a clean lobby and front desk area. This full-time role includes varied shifts, training, and growth opportunities within Concord Hospitality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality service to customers at all times.
• Promptly handle guest complaints and requests.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Secure payment methods at check-in and follow procedures.
• Balance cash, cards, and change funds during shifts.
• Understand Marriott Bonvoy program and promotions.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and maintain etiquette.
• Block rooms and manage special requests.
• Monitor room availability and manage lost and found items.
• Log shift reports and coordinate with staff and maintenance.
