Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to provide outstanding guest service at our Dayton, Ohio property. You will check guests in and out, process payments, assist with requests, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, and the role offers full-time hours plus

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly professional manner.
Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
Secure a method of payment for all guests at check in while following procedures.
Post guest charges, compute guest bills, collect payments, and make change.
Understand the Marriott Bonvoy program and promotions.
Accurately direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
