Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's Dallas property seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will handle registrations, payments, and guest inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

Strong communication in English and basic calculator skills are essential, with willingness to work varied shifts in a 24/7 environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate a computer for registration and checkout.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Input and retrieve information in the computer system during check-in/out.
• Handle payments, credit cards, vouchers, and house accounts.
• Answer phones with clear English communication and relay messages.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction during stay.
