Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Clerk in Plano, TX to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and ensure an exceptional stay. The role requires accurate cash handling, efficient use of the computer system, and strong English communication at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong math and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient computer/data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them promptly and courteously.
• Input guest information, process payments and issue room keys.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and balance house accounts.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages to guests.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
