Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management operates Sheraton Galleria Dallas, and seeks a Front Desk Agent to balance room, restaurant and bar duties, host guests, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and assist guests with inquiries in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math skills, and reliable cash handling. A welcoming demeanor and teamwork are essential for daily success across shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including AR/AP and reconciliations.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication in English.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to understand and communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work and post settlements.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and audit Micros tapes/journals.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the computer to generate daily summaries.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and ensure proper file maintenance.
• Receive guests, greet warmly, verify information, check-in/out and code keys when needed.
• Coordinate with front desk and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
