Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a courteous Guest Service Associate to manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs with a professional demeanor. You will represent the hotel to guests and help resolve issues promptly while maintaining accuracy in daily operations.

The role requires strong computer skills, routine cash handling, and a willingness to work long hours as needed. You will support property staff, ensure safety standards, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment across the front

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and functioning vehicle.
• Ability to read and interpret hotel-related reports and information.
• Read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
