Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently and professionally at the front desk. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling reservations, and supporting the front office in the General Manager’s absence.

The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, strong English communication, and basic computer proficiency. This full-time role requires the ability to work long hours and manage multiple tasks with a friendly,

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information in reports and internal hotel information.
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to calculate room revenue, occupancy, and balance a cash bank.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a timely and courteous manner.
• Take reservations and represent the hotel professionally.
• Ensure front office operations run smoothly in GM’s absence.
• Assist guests with issues professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain safety and security standards and proper cash handling.
