Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Guest Services Representative to help guests, answer phones, and process check-ins and payments per company guidelines. You will manage front desk paperwork, uphold safety standards, and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

The role includes setting up breakfast displays, maintaining a clean lobby, and promoting ESA offerings to convert inquiries into reservations. Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
Proficient operation of a property management system (PMS) and front desk software.
Ability to perform routine front desk tasks and audits when needed.
Knowledge of safety rules and company procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist guests, answer phones, and manage check-in/check-out and payments.
Maintain front desk and lobby areas to company standards.
Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
Handle guest information, sales leads, and daily front desk paperwork.
