Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide top-notch guest experiences at the front desk. You will assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with ESA procedures.

The role supports breakfast setup, property cleanliness, and sales conversions while maintaining safety and security standards for guests and colleagues. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to work with routine reports and perform audits as needed.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and answer phones in a courteous manner.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures following company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby in a clean and organized state.
• Handle monetary transactions and cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
