Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines. You will maintain a clean front desk area and help with breakfast setup, while promoting the ESA experience to drive reservations.

The role requires proficient English, basic arithmetic, and strong service orientation. Prior front desk exposure is a plus; work supports a standard hotel environment with team collaboration

Qualifications

English proficiency required and essential for guest interaction.
Experience with front desk operations is a plus.
Familiarity with safety and security procedures.
Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist guests and answer phones, check-in/out.
Process reservations, registration, payments, and departures.
Maintain front desk area and breakfast display.
Promote ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations.
Handle cash, credit accounts, and city ledger.
