• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and to their satisfaction
• Post guest charges and follow cash handling procedures
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
• Be knowledgeable of hotel programs and promotions
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management
• Answer calls and assist lobby visitors and team members
• Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures
