Qualificações

• Deal promptly with guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and offerings.
• Communicate effectively with departments and management on guest comments.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
