Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in hotels or customer service.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist at check-in.
• Provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Process registrations and payments, balance cash.
• Upsell services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain professional appearance and brand standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
