Ideal candidates have prior hotel front desk experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and maintain eye contact.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about rooms, rates, and hotel amenities; upsell services where appropriate.
• Handle payments, verify IDs and payment methods; balance cash bank.
• Maintain brand standards and proper security procedures.
