Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information on rooms, rates and amenities.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, are proficient with computers, and can work flexible shifts. Prior front desk experience is preferred and familiarity with hotel systems is a plus. Benefits and a team-focused environment offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Familiar with computer systems and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities.
• Input and retrieve guest information, manage check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
• Upsell hotel services to generate additional revenue.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction; coordinate with housekeeping.
