Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, reception, or guest services.
• Excellent English communication; professional and passionate.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong multi-tasking with accuracy across responsibilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and anticipate their needs with personalized service.
• Provide office services and area information to help visitors feel productive.
• Track visitors, manage parking and logs, and coordinate security access cards.
• Coordinate courier services, packages, and mail; support onboarding/offboarding.
• Multi-task at a fast pace with keen attention to detail across guest services.
• Collaborate to improve guest services and streamline processes.
