Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, greet warmly, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
• Answer phone professionally, and help prepare presentations for groups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on request.
• Manage work orders for janitorial/maintenance and coordinate workplace services.
• Address inquiries or complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Plan and run on-site events, including space setup and teardown.
• Follow property security and emergency procedures and notify responders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain complex information clearly to the team and follow manager instructions.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
