Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and shape the guest and colleague experience. You will oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, and Concierge operations, and act as Manager on Duty.

The ideal candidate has frontline supervisory experience in a full-service or luxury hotel, outstanding customer service, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel supervisory experience.
• Experience in a full-service or luxury hotel preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager with daily leadership and operation of the Front Office division.
• Provide oversight of Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, and Concierge operations.
• Serve as the hotel Manager on Duty and oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and ensure warm, efficient service.
