Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer focused; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and local information.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue while adhering to policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
