The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required, with a base hourly pay in the mid-teens and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: respond to guests in a friendly manner, handle check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, assist with local information, support other departments.
• Drive room revenue through up-selling and proper policy adherence; handle cash and financial transactions.
• Plan and prioritize tasks; attend department meetings and follow standards.
• Maintain safety and a clean work area following procedures and emergency protocols.
