Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Assist guests with reservations, local information, and hours of operation.
• Act as a team player and support other departments as needed.
• Follow guest service recovery programs and maintain brand standards.
