B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a guest services professional to anticipate guest needs, process check-ins/outs and assist with reservations in a friendly, timely manner.

You will help guests with local information and hotel services while upholding brand standards throughout shifts. The role requires strong verbal communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work within a busy, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and handle special requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and local information and operate with brand standards.
• Monitor room availability, follow booking policies, and support upselling and revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures and incident reporting.
