Job summary

JL Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide a warm welcome, register guests, and manage checkout while promoting hotel services and upselling products. You will handle guest inquiries, coordinate with team members, and ensure accurate billing and records throughout the guest stay.

The role requires friendly communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate a computer system for registrations, payments, and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with calculator for moderately complex math.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests using the computer system with accuracy.
• Ensures guest information and room rates are correct; codes electronic keys and confirms room numbers.
• Assists guests with check-out payments and processes vouchers or forms of payment.
• Promotes hotel services and upsells amenities and products to guests.
• Responds to guest inquiries by phone or email and communicates guest needs to appropriate staff.
