Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking an attentive front desk professional to greet guests, issue room assignments, and maintain guest privacy. You will promote hotel services and handle reservations and payments with accuracy.

The role requires the ability to act as Manager on Duty during certain hours, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth front desk operations while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, sales, telesales, service or guest relations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate the property management system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms; maintain guest privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities; upsell where possible.
• Be Manager on Duty during shifts; respond to guest requests and coordinate with staff.
• Ensure balance of cash, checks and other payments; handle reservations and cancellations.
• Communicate with management and other departments; monitor daily events and procedures.
