HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with warmth and professionalism at our Idaho property.

You will work under the Front Office Manager and have opportunities to advance within hotel operations. This role requires strong English communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Check-in and check-out duties with courteous guest interaction.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on services and local attractions.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and report to Front Office leadership.
• Support career progression into roles within hotel operations.
